25th annual Las Estrellas del Valle (the stars of the valley) ladies trail ride was held on April 24-26, 2015. Event site was the GORGEOUS Gabilan Ranch, located 15 miles east of Salinas.

This was the site of the first ladies trail ride and our hosts were the Taylor Family.

This was my sixth year attending this amazing camping with horse/trail ride, all women's weekend---with 180 other cowgirls.

This annual event is a phenomenal fundraiser benefiting the new Salinas Valley Health and Wellness Center, which will be located in Gonzales.

Saturday nights 70's them party was WILD...and in true "horse show form, the Judges  chose a "Top Ten". Nope, i didnt win, but DID make  Top Ten....reminding me of the Kansas City Royal Horse Show..... in 1982. 

Good friends, and customers, Shannon and Courtney, and their friesian (and Ate's brother, Ciroque) were my camp-mates:)
