Registered as Norman fan it Pompebled, and sired by Teeuwis 389, this 6 yr old STER gelding is a rare find.
He has winning points in L2 dressage, and is 165 cm tall. His birthdate is April 1, 2004 [that's right--- April Fools Day!!!]
Norman is an extraordinary Friesian--and he KNOWS it! He has a beautifully arched neck, and could be used for a variety of disciplines. Norman's small head and chiseled face make him look like a statue...surreal. He has deep trusting eyes that look into yours for affection.
And an excellent pedigree....stb- ster- ster+pref4- ster+pref
Norm comes from stam line 50---considered the GOLD STANDARD of all motherlines, as more approved stallions have come from this stam line than any other!!!
He received the highly coveted STER status last year, indicating his conformation and movement are considered IDEAL according to the strict friesian breed's standards. And the Dutch Judges awarded this boy a 1st premie as a foal---- only the tippy top 5% of all foals receive this designation!!!
Norman was measured by the Dutch Judges at the keuring in 2009 as 165 cm, which means he is a TRUE 16.1 hands tall.
Norman has a great mind and his easy going disposition suits all levels of riders. He is currently showing in 2nd level dressage, with 3 points in L2 dressage and has the potential to go far in sport, driving, and as a trail companion, or as a ride and drive horse. Looking for an athletic HUNK that can do it all, with experience showing dressage, scoring above 65% in First-Second LEVEL!?! Norman is very easy to ride by ALL levels of riders, and he is equally pleasant to work with on the ground. And look at his fairytale looks, and he is truly BLACK, does not bleach out:)
Safe, sane, sound, with a recent complete pre-purchase. And suitable for small children AND aspiring competitive dressage riders. Norman has had numerous hours logged being hacked out on the streets in traffic, and being ridden in the fields.
Don't miss this sweet boy!
