5yr old Friesian gelding WITH dressage show experience at L Level (First Level)
Tsjalle x Felle
Meet MELLE. His mane is very full and thick. He is very easy tempered and a lovely to ride gelding---- particularly for less experienced or young riders. If you have had a bad experience, or are just getting back into riding after taking several years off, this gorgeous SWEET guy is for YOU! In the video a young 15 yr old is riding him. He has competed in L Level competition with winning points, which is good 3rd party verification-- this young horse has a solid dressage foundation, and is already showing successfully at FIRST LEVEL!
B-day 4/4/12
1st Premie
He is already clinically checked and X-rayed.
INCREDIBLE pedigree on this easy to sit sporthorse--Melle is sired by this years WORLD GRAND CHAMPION, at the Stallion Show, Tsjalle, Mother is a STER mare by the incomparable Felle, and Grandmother is STER Pref.
Kind hearted, impeccable ground manners. This is a Friesian designed and built for Dressage, or an ideal pleasure/trail horse. Very nice canter and trot with a lovely walk. “Perfect in every way” best describes him. He enjoys his job and is very responsive. He really is an exceptional mover and incredibly smart. He always wants to please. This is a gorgeous forward moving friesian with 3 good gaits, safe in traffic. He is also kind and forgiving enough for a timid or novice rider. He loads, clips and stands in crossties nicely. Melle is a confident horse with a very refined WOW presence, and a beautiful head and eye. Experienced driving as well!!!
See the video above of Melle competing at L Level ( first level). He was really well behaved, even thought the wind on the arena roof was making an enormous noise!
Double trained to ride AND drive!!
Melle is very nice in every way, he has been trained in harness by Udo de Haan, who has been the dutch championship winner (driver) in every class there is! Udo keeps the horses sensitive in the mouth, so also Melle has a VERY nice soft mouth. This boy is cool and likes the work for you so you'll have fun riding him!
He will be an ideal pleasure, trail, or dressage horse, already going L Level Dressage (First Level) and only 5 yrs old. Due to his lovely temperament and willing nature, he is appropriate for most every level rider.
He has a full set of x-rays on a cd that our vet approved, and was just clinically vetchecked.
