Riley is a RARE gorgeous sporthorse cross, at an ideal age of 9 yrs old!:)!! He stands 16.1 hands tall.... This boy really has sport genes, and is such a SWEET easy going EXPERIENCED guy!

Riley has 50% Friesian blood and 25% Barock Pinto and 25% Russian Orlov. He is the perfect match between warmblood and Friesian, because of his excellent character, and has excellent movement.

 Riley is an extremely talented sporthorse and is sooooo brave for trail riding at the beach and in the woods. He is a "been there/done that" very calm horse under the saddle and pulling a carriage; not at all spooky.

This baroque pinto for sale is the brother of the stunning LONG haired baroque pinto stallion, Finley (FLOID STER), who we sold and imported last year.

He is very very sweet. He likes to cuddle. He is also very easy to ride bareback! You can go on vacation and not ride him for a month, and just ride again, no problem. He has a soft mouth and is also suitable for more beginner riders.

He has a solid dressage foundation, and he is very smart. He likes to be ridden outside, is fine in traffic on the streets with loud trucks and gets along well with other horses. And he is also excellent at loading, clipping, good for the farrier, and goes through water without difficulty.

Riley is one of the EASIEST, most uncomplicated, safest baroque pinto horses on the market today--- best of ALL worlds---half Friesian, with the flashy baroque pinto color, and there are only a handful of Russian Orlov  horses in N America----Riley is a RARITY!

Riley is registered in the highly exclusive Barock Pinto Studbook.  Not all pintos are registered Barock Pinto's, like Riley, and very few are as SAFE as HE is, at an ideal age of 9 yrs. What we like best about this sweet gelding is his reliable character. He is the first one to come when you go into his pasture---a REAL people-oriented horse and with very affectionate character. We LOVE riding Riley BECAUSE he is nice and light in the mouth and responds easily to leg aids. Riley is trained to drive as a single, double and four in hand. He has competed in a marathon which he was GREAT at!  Riley is just the super sweetest horse for both humans AND other horses to be around. 

He participated in "fun games" in Driezum and Open Musical Chairs (without a saddle) and he won! at the Games, he was just as reliable as he ALWAYS is, and it paid off with the blue ribbon:).
