Nanny is a VERY special STER mare…She is by the famous Preferent Approved stallion, Oege, who is no longer living, and had more Approved sons than any Friesian stallion ever. ALL of our top show horses at BSF's have Oege in them. He is our favorite approved Friesian breeding stallion of all time. Also known as being the "hair" man, Oege passes on beautiful heads, LONG hair, and a strong willingness to work. Nanny has been ridden dressage and driven both single and in pairs, and she is 8 years old. She is bred to Eibert and will give you a promising young foal in April of 2005. Nanny exhibits huge, beautiful movement. Being shorter coupled, this mare is very light, powerful and elegant. And, she has a delightful, stable temperament.
