Hi Janna!

 I just wanted to tell you how much I love Kenzo. He is just such an amazingly goofy and loving horse. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better companion. 

Kenzo is settling in really well and is just such a love bug.  I’m already so in love.

My farrier and vet came by today and both love Taron!

They were impressed with what great condition he was in. My farrier said that this was one of the first imported horses he has seen whose feet were in great condition upon arrival. My vet was impressed with his condition; normally imported horses she has examined are totally exhausted. Taron was very charming while she examined him.

UPDATE:

Just wanted to let you know that I took my first ride on Taron this morning and he was perfect—definitely a deluxe model with power steering and, most importantly, power brakes.  I had spent the week preparing for time.  First day leading him around the pasture.  Second day leading him around the pasture wearing a saddle.  A couple of days long lining him around the pasture wearing the saddle and bridle. This morning he stood like a statue when I mounted him.  (My husband was standing in front of him.). I walked him around the pasture; did a little shoulder in and haunches in and leg yields; and trotted.  He is very comfortable to ride.  He didn’t speed up or slow down unless asked to even when we were heading back to the barn.  Very responsive to leg, seat, and half halts. He is definitely living up to (and beyond) my expectations!!!

Update...

My first ride yesterday. He’s all settled in and doing amazing!! Please let the former owner know that he is cherished and very happy. He’s such a good boy… he melts me!

UPDATE...

This is the 6th Friesian Purchased by Grand Prix dressage trainer Seelchen from BSF!! Here is what her husband had to say, "Well, we’ve had him a week now and we are absolutely thrilled. He is extremely affectionate and easy to handle. Seelchen loves his big gaits and he is already beginning to take to her training. As you know, we’ve had a lot of them and we feel this is the best all-around baby we’ve ever had. Thanks again for another future superstar!!!"

Update:
He's here !!! He arrived EARLY this morning.  He is WAY more amazing than the pics.  (And they are pretty great) I couldn't sleep last night. I just can't get over how amazingly beautiful He is. Also makes my 16.1 saddlebred look like a mini ! Lol !! And he arched his neck In His stall and I thought I was going to die. Holy cow !

He's perfect.  

 I can thank you enough. I never thought I'd own one of these deam horses. The pictures really do not do this horse justice at all !!!  He is really something in the flesh ..we absolutely love this guy !! My saddle is a little tight on him..waiting for my saddle fitter.....I couldn't take it though and decided to just get on him bareback and walk him around the barn.

Hey Janna !! Hope you are doing well ? Just wanted to give and update on Amerone who we now call Sully.  He's doing great.  I'm riding him a lot and he's a blast ! Once I figured out some of his buttons lol !! I would say his canter is my favorite.   Thanks so much !! He's truly a joy stunning beauty and super sweet personality.

Hey Jana ! We went to NC state championship show a few weekends ago. He was a very good boy. We just got back from ASHAV and he won the open english pleasure!! It was a really good class of 8 horses mostly saddlebreds and one other fresian. He was amazing! The more I get to know this horse the more I like him. He's just a dream. The judge was a saddlebred judge Kelly Self Lockhart. She must have liked him. There were 8 in our class all saddleseat horses. I wouldn't say I'm totally together with him but doing much much better. He's extremely well trained and wants to please. I'm just having to figure out his buttons. But he's truly wonderful! He's a dream to haul and clip ! So nice ! Loves attention and he gets plenty. Everybody oooohh and aahhhh over him. I be sure to tell them where I got him from. He's a great ambassador for the breed. So stunning. Including a few pics of this mornings win and some of him at home in his pasture. Thanks again Jana ! He is absolutely stunning a real head Turner. He could win on looks alone.

First ride on Theon! What a fantastic horse!

Wonderful in every way, and once again, absolutely EVERYTHING you said he was, he is! One if the nicest horses I’ve ever ridden, and I’ve ridden just a few!

 Update on Theon:

Letting you know that Theon is doing well! Still one of the best horses I have ever ridden. Well trained (1/2 halt to die for)! And so easy with his rideable gaits and incredible temperament! Also letting you know that after 20 years and 7 horses purchased, I now realize how fortunate I am to have bought from you. I’ve been hearing horror stories of 30 day tranqs, radiographs swapped from other horses, and even forged clinicals on other horses people have bought. I never gave this a 2nd thought before, because every horse I’ve purchased from you has been 100% what you’ve said they are.

I’m fortunate to have met you at FHANA exhibition some 20? Years ago.
